Documents required for applicant

1. Entry application (specified form, with photo, hand written) download
   • Fill out your name the same as written in public documents such as passport.
   • Please write the supporter's name, address, work, and the relationship correctly.
   • School name and dates of entrance and graduation should be the same as written in public documents such as Graduation Diploma.
2. Resume (specified form, with photo, hand written) download
   • Fill out your name the same as written in public documents such as passport.
   • Write correct addresses of applicant, and school.
   • School name and dates of entrance and graduation should be the same as written in public documents such as Graduation Diploma.
3. Graduation Diploma or Certificate from the last school attended (original)
   It is returned after screening
4. Transcript for each academic year from the last school attended (original)
5. Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency test or certificate of Japanese course taken.
   (specify studying hour)
6. Working certificate or reinstatement certificate, and income certificate
   (applicant who is working at the time of application)
7. Photo 8 photos (3cm by 4cm, taken within 3 months)
8. Copy of passport
   • Applicant already has his/her passport
   • Copy all written pages
9. Color copy of family register issued by Chinese Police
10. Copy of national test score (applicant who had the test)
11. I.D.card issued by public institutions
    *9 and 10 is necessary only for Chinese

1. If applicant pays for the expenses
   1. Statement of applicant's bank account
   2. Annual income statement or certificate of income tax payment
   3. Work certificate
2. If supporter pays for the expense from home country
   1. Document certifying the relationship between the applicant and the supporter
   2. Letter of Paying Expenses download
   3. Statement of supporter's bank account
   4. Copy of supporter's bankbook (no less than 3 years)
   5. Annual income statement or certificate of income tax payment (no less than 3 years)
   6. Work certificate
3. If applicant's family or a relative residing in Japan pays for the expenses
   1. Document certifying the relationship between the applicant and the supporter
      • Supporter who has foreign citizenship: Public warranty and statement of mentioned matters in Alien registration card.
      • Supporter who has Japanese citizenship: certificate of residence
   2. Letter of Paying Expenses download
   3. Statement of supporter's bank account
   4. Copy of supporter's bankbook (no less than 3 years)
   5. Work certificate
      In addition,
      1. if supporter is an owner, register transcript
      2. if supporter is a individual owner, his/her a copy of final income tax return
   6. Supporter's tax statement(3years)

Matters to be attended

• Documents written in foreign language all should be send with, correct Japanese translations. If not, our school do the translation, which must be paid.
• Application and resume should be handwritten by the applicant. Letter of Paying Expenses should be handwritten by the supporter.
  

The following documents become null

1. Documents passed more than 3 months after the date of issue
2. Without sign or seal
3. Any blank in necessary sections
4. Any failure of contents
5. Corrected with correction fluid
6. Not handwritten by the applicant

*In some cases, our school cannot send in the documents to the Immigrant bureau by the examination.
*In some cases, the Immigrant bureau request additional documents.
