Entry requirements
- 12 years’ education in the applicant’s home country
- High school diploma or higher, from the applicant’s home country, obtained within past 4 years.
- To pass our paper tests (Japanese, English, Math)and interview oversea.
- To make a certificate that you complete more than 150 hour study of basic Japanese in your school, and send in it to the Immigration Bureau.
- To follow Japanese law and our school rules.
- Having enough capacity of payment.

Formalities from application to entrance (regular course)
1) Preliminary Survey form before the entrance |
2) Please send in necessary documents.Click here to check the necessary documents. |
3) Screening |
4) In the case you passed the screening, please pay the application fee (\15,000).*1 |
5) The school applies to the Immigration Office for the issuance of a "Certificate of Eligibility " for the successful applicant. |
6) The Immigration Office issues the "Certificate of Eligibility ". |
7) Please pay the fees, and send in a covenant and an agreement (in our specified form).*2 |
8) Apply a visa to the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country with Certificate of Eligibility, your passport, and the permit to entrance by yourself.*2 |
9) Get your visa, and arrive in Japan. |
*1 application fee is never paid back independent on the result of screening in our school or Immigration Bureau.
*2 only in the case you cannot get your visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country, the school fees are paid back.
Please send in the receipt, not issuing notice of the Japanese embassy or consulate.
